On 21 August 2026, the ASA Foundation Goals for Good project team visited SLBN 2 (SDLB & SMPLB) to monitor, evaluate, and learn from an inclusive football session designed to create meaningful opportunities for students with disabilities.
With the support of the AFC Dream Asia Foundation, the session brought together 2 teacher trainers and 18 students with disabilities, who took part in a range of Goals for Good inclusive football activities.
Beyond the skills developed on the court, the session created a space for students to participate, build confidence, connect with one another, and experience the joy of being part of a team. Their incredible energy and enthusiasm throughout the activities reflected the power of sport to create positive and inclusive experiences for every young person.
At ASA Foundation, we believe that sport is more than a game. It can be a powerful tool for inclusion, connection, and personal development helping ensure that every child, regardless of ability, has the opportunity to play, participate, learn, and grow.
Together with AFC Dream Asia Foundation, we continue working toward a future where inclusion is not just an aspiration, but an experience every child can feel on and beyond the field.
